For the main course, indulge in the classic holiday taste of Turkey Ballotine, served with roasted potatoes, brussels sprouts, honey-glazed carrots, and a rich black truffle cream sauce. Alternatively, enjoy the succulent Beef Tenderloin, paired with roasted potatoes, greens, and a creamy horseradish sauce. If you prefer seafood, our Grilled Salmon Fillet with roasted potatoes, greens, and a delicate champagne cream sauce is an excellent choice. For a festive twist, the Bacon-Wrapped Iberico Pork Rack, stuffed with cranberry and accompanied by roasted potatoes, greens, and apple cider gravy, offers a truly memorable dining experience.
