Should I Submit a ticket?
Hi there! The Kreatology Support Team is here to help you with any issues you may be having with your Kreatology website or theme.
Our websites and themes have been designed with YOU the client in mind to ensure that you have complete control of your website, its design and your ability to update / maintain it yourself.
We believe it is important for you to be empowered and not be dependant on your Web Designer for costly ongoing support and website changes.
Before you submit a Support Ticket, we ask that you search our knowledge base for your answer first or refer to the recorded training we provided you on handover of your website.
Secondly, most questions can be answered with a simple Google search or referring to a specific Plugin’s own Support / Knowledge Base. There is a wealth of knowledge out there on the WordPress platform and its plugins. Chances are, if you’re having a WordPress problem, it has already been resolved by someone else.
If you have exhausted all these steps or simply need 1:1 Website Support, then please do get in touch using the online form on this page.
Any website content updates, layout changes and general training will be charged at $150 per hour – included in the hours is the time working on your website as well as any communication or training provided by phone or email.
If you’re a Kreatology WordPress Hosting client and experiencing technical issues with your hosting, these will be resolved within the scope of your Web Hosting Terms of Service.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. We aim to respond to all tickets within 1 to 2 business days.
